Althea is pleased to announce that she will be performing at the first of three installments of “Words that Travel,” a multimedia event that aims to showcase the wonderful and rich diversity within the African literary genre.

The event will be held at SOAS, University of London in the Khalili Lecture Theatre (KLT) and the Junior Common Room (JCR).

Date: Saturday 23 January 2016
Doors open: 12.00 noon
Admission: FREE

Althea will be playing a short set in promotion of a new series entitled “Tigmus Down the Rabbit Hole,” before Scottish singer songwriter Esperi. Concert begins at 7 pm; downstairs at “Duke of Hamilton”:
